We have reached the end of the first week of 2017.  I am not into New Year's resolutions as many fail due to the unrealistic expectations of starting on the 1st January.  I feel it is a really poor day to start, too much food and drink still hanging around.
As the title of my blog suggests I am unfit but, joined the gym back in October and although didn't manage for 2 weeks over Christmas, I am now back on track. My aim is to not have to wear, what felt like a tent, when I am holiday this year.  Whenever I am not working I go to the gym and also watch what I am eating.
Here goes to the next stages.  I will still go out and maybe eat and drink more than I should but I want to enjoy my life and make changes and for me it is about compromise.
